Len P. van der Hof is a Dutch entrepreneur and AI innovator based in Zwijndrecht. He publishes under that name. His legal name is Leendert Pieter van der Hof. He holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Strategic Entrepreneurship from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Business Administration from the same university.
The work sits where agentic systems, digital ventures, and founder performance meet. The aim does not change. Turn a complex idea into a system that can be inspected and that creates measurable value.
He writes Systems for the Strategic Self as two native editions, English and Dutch. Claims in the books run through an evidence ledger, a red-team review, and a native final edit. Titles still in production stay marked as such on this site. They are not sold as if they were live.
