Len P. van der Hof is a Dutch entrepreneur and AI innovator based in Zwijndrecht. He publishes under that name. His legal name is Leendert Pieter van der Hof. He holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Strategic Entrepreneurship from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Business Administration from the same university.

The work sits where agentic systems, digital ventures, and founder performance meet. The aim does not change. Turn a complex idea into a system that can be inspected and that creates measurable value.

He writes [Systems for the Strategic Self](https://lenvanderhof.com/series/systems-for-the-strategic-self/) as two native editions, English and Dutch.
