SENSE

SENSE is a five-move strategic intelligence layer: Scan, Evaluate, Navigate, Simulate, Execute. It turns agent work from a productivity shortcut into a sourced claim that changes a watchlist, an assumption register, or a Monday decision. The unit of work is one claim with a confidence grade, not another unread summary.

When to use it

Use it when models are already in the loop and you still decide from anecdote.

Do not confuse with

Not a sensor brand or a generic “sense-making” slogan. It is the protocol in AI Agents for Startup Strategy.
