Email is the door.

Len P. van der Hof, MSc, is a Dutch entrepreneur and AI innovator in Zwijndrecht. He builds ReasonKit, MindSesh, Undominated.ai, books under his name, the fiction imprint LPH98.lifestyle, and technology ventures through LPH98.ventures. Eleven titles in Systems for the Strategic Self are available now, in English and Dutch. He works with founders and operators who want governed AI agents that ship: named roles, charters, and review gates. The work sits where agentic systems, digital ventures, and founder performance meet. The aim does not change. Turn a complex idea into a system that can be inspected and that creates measurable value. Advisory, venture through LPH98.ventures, or systems work against a protocol you already own. Not a packaged fractional CAIO shop, not an AI department, not a speaker bureau. Mail Len@LPH98.ventures with one stuck decision, one constraint, and the protocol or repo you already have. Vague “AI strategy” briefs get a short redirect to Start here or the books. The public surface for the work is this site: eleven live titles in Systems for the Strategic Self, the named frameworks SENSE, STACK, CHORUS, RESILIENT, BooksOS, CALIBRATE, GRAIN, ROUTE, TRACE, ROSTER, LEVEL and DOWNSTREAM, and the worksheets that go with the live books. If the ask is a talk, use Speaking. If the ask is press, use the press kit. If the ask is a product conversation about MindSesh, ReasonKit, or Undominated.ai, say which product and what you want to verify. Most emails are not a fit. That is fine. A clear no is cheaper than a muddy maybe. When there is a fit, the reply names the shape of work and the next concrete step. Prices are not listed here. Competitors are not named here. The door stays email.

## The work

- **Advisory.** A stuck decision on agents, retrieval, model routing, citation, or review gates. You leave with a named protocol you can run on your own stack. Typical scope is one decision, one working session or a short written memo, and a clear stop condition. Bring the constraint that makes the decision hard, not a wishlist.
- **Venture.** Work that might become a company, a product, or a shared build. LPH98.ventures is the vehicle. Most emails will not be this. If you think it is, say what you have already built, what you will not build, and what capital or capability you want from the holding. Speculation without an asset stays speculation.
- **Systems.** Install work against SENSE, STACK, CHORUS, ROSTER, GRAIN, ROUTE, TRACE, LEVEL, or BooksOS, on a repo or rhythm you already own. The deliverable is inspectable: charters, role cards, gates, and a path that survives the next hire. Bring the repo or the operating calendar; the framework names are not wallpaper.
