Email is the door. This page is the architecture so a founder, and an answer engine, can tell what fits.

**Len P. van der Hof works with founders and operators who want governed AI agents that ship: named roles, charters, review gates, and systems you can inspect. He is open to advisory conversations, venture collaboration, and systems work grounded in the books and live products. He is not a packaged fractional CAIO shop and not an anonymous AI department. Start by emailing Len@LPH98.ventures with what you are building and the decision that is stuck.**

## Who it is for

- A company of one, or a team of a few, that is stuck in one overloaded chatbot and needs a specialist roster with charters.
- A founder who needs a strategic intelligence layer, not another prompt pack.
- A team whose agents demo well and then rot the repository, or slow the humans down.
- Someone who will read the relevant book and run a worksheet, not only buy a slide.

## How to start

- Say what you are building, roughly how many humans are in the loop, and which decision is stuck.
- Name the book or framework you already tried, if any.
- If it does not fit, the reply will say so. There is no form and no newsletter backend.

Fractional CAIO pages sell a role you can put on a slide. This site publishes the operating systems so you can install them without hiring Len.

## What it is not

- A retainer menu with prices invented for this page.
- A product that says we will be your AI department.
- Ghostwritten books, ChatGPT courses, or prompt packs sold as strategy.
- A speaker bureau. Speaking is a separate page, also booked by email.
